# How do you find the domain of f(x)=5/(x-3)?

Domain = $R - \left\{3\right\}$
Domain cant be that number which when put into function gives undefined value. $\therefore$ in $\frac{5}{x - 3} , x - 3 \ne 0$.
$\therefore$ we can put any real number in the function to get a value but not 3.
