Set builder notation {$x : \in R | x \ne 3$}, Interval notation$\left(- \infty , 3\right) U \left(3 , \infty\right)$

Function g(x) is not defined for x=3, hence excluding 3, x can have any real value. The domain is therefore R except x=3.
