How do you find the slope and intercept to graph #x = -2#?

The slope is non existent, and there is no intercept for the y-axis. (the x-axis intercept would be -2)

Explanation:

If x = -2 then Y can be ANYTHING you choose. When you graph this it would create a vertical line on any coordinate (-2, y). and since its a vertical line there is no slope! and since its just staying in that one column it never intercepts the y-axis.
