Explanation:

The slope is #("change in y-axis")/("change in x-axis")#

The x-axis does not change but the y-axis does.

Technically it is correct to state that as it is not permitted to divide by 0 so it is undefined.

However, you need to state something.

It is a plot of #x=3# which is vertical to (normal to) the x-axis so you could state (with reservation) that the slope is vertical to the x-axis. That way you are not using numbers and consequently being pulled into the argument of dividing by zero!!!!
