Explanation:

Since #2x + y >= 4#
we can also say that #2x + y = 4#
rearranging to #y = 4 - 2x#
This gives us a line to plot. All values on the line will be included since it is an equal to inequality.
All we need to do then is check the inequality for x an y coordinates on either side of the line. The ones that satisfy the inequality will be the shaded area (included values). These lie to the right of the line see graph.
