See explanation

Explanation:

The y intercept is when #x=0#

#=>y=(1/7)^0#

A value raised to the power of 0 is 1 so

#=>y=(1/7)^0=1#

Draw a table of values for x and calculate the paired value for y

Mark the points on the graph paper and draw free hand (as best as you can) the curve that passes through your marked points

Show your table, Label your axis and put a title to the graph, Foe example "graph of #f(x)=(1/7)^x# "

I have produces a table but I( would suggest that you do not show/calculate as many points as I have.
