Choose 3 values for $x$ such as $0 , 4 , 7$
and find the consequent values for $y$
So if $x = 0$ then $y = \sqrt{3 \times 0 + 4}$ = $\sqrt{4}$ = $2$

Then
if $x = 4$ then $y = \sqrt{3 \times 4 + 4}$ = $\sqrt{16}$ = $4$

and if $x = 7$ then $y = \sqrt{3 \times 7 + 4}$ = $\sqrt{25}$ = $5$
