x of vertex: (-b/2a) = 3/-2 = -3/2

y of vertex: f(-3/2) = - 9/4 + 9/2 + 2 = 17/4

Vertex form: f(x) = -(x + 3/2)^2 + 17/4

X- intercepts: -x^2 - 3x + 2 = 0

D = d^2 = 9 + 8 = 17 -> $d = \pm \sqrt{17}$

$x 1 = - \frac{3}{2} \pm \frac{\sqrt{17}}{2}$
