x of vertex and axis of symmetry:

$\left(- \frac{b}{2} a\right) = \frac{10}{2} = 5$

y of vertex: f(5) = 25 - 50 + 2 = -23

x-intercepts : Make $f \left(x\right) = {x}^{2} - 10 x + 2 = 0.$

$D = {d}^{2} = 100 - 8 = 92 = 4 \left(23\right) \to d = \pm 2 s q r 23$

x- intercepts:

$x = 5 + \frac{s q r 23}{2} , \mathmr{and} x = 5 - \frac{s q r 23}{2}$
