There are infinitely many lines passing through a single point, so it is not possibvle to draw a single line without additional information.

"Undefined" is a special term that refers to a vertical line, which essentially has an infinite (undefined) slope.


A line through the point (-2,-3) with undefined slope is the vertical line through that point:
