Plot to points and join the line formed

Explanation:

Since two points are enough to characterize a line, we can simply find two points lying on this line, plot them and then simply join them
For y=2x+6, take two easy points.
If x=0 then we know that y=6
So one point is (0,6)

If y=0 then we know that x=-3
So another point is (-3,0)

And that's it plot those two points and connect them using a line
graph{2x+6 [-10, 10, -5, 5]}

Note: I used these two points because they are the easiest to use because they had 0 in them
