$\Leftrightarrow {\left(x - 0\right)}^{2} + {\left(y - 0\right)}^{2} = {6}^{2}$

This is nothing but locus of a point that moves so that its distance from point $\left(0 , 0\right)$ is always $6$.

Hence, ${x}^{2} + {y}^{2} = 36$ is equation of a circle with center at $\left(0 , 0\right)$ and radius $6$ and accordingly we graph it.
