How do you graph #y= 2x^2#?

You can make a table where you have X values (any values you want), and you have to find Y values.
For example:
f(0) = 0 T(X,Y) ----> (0,0)
f(1) = 2 T(X,Y) ----> T(1,2)
...
X= 0, -1, 1, 2, -2, ...
Y= ?
Then you put those results in graph and here is the final product:
