$y = 5 {x}^{2} - 2 x + 4$

Its vertex is at x = $\frac{- b}{2 a} = \frac{- \left(- 2\right)}{2 \times 5} = \frac{2}{10} = \frac{1}{5} = 0.2$

At $x = 0.2$ ; $y = 5 \times {\left(0.2\right)}^{2} - 2 \left(0.2\right) + 4 = 3.8$

Take a few points in either side of $x = 0.2$
