Explanation:

When we divide a fraction say `a/b` by another fraction say `c/d`.

this is equivalent to multiplying `a/b` by multiplicative inverse of `c/d` i.e. `d/c`

Hence `2/3-:1/2=2/3xx2/1=(2xx2)/(3xx1)=4/3`
