Deal with the brackets first

$\frac{3}{4} \times \frac{1}{3} \left(\frac{8}{20} + \frac{15}{20}\right) \div \frac{2}{3}$

$\frac{3}{4} \times \frac{1}{3} \left(\frac{23}{20}\right) \div \frac{2}{3}$

Now multiply out the bracket

$\frac{3}{4} \times \frac{23}{60} \div \frac{2}{3}$

Multiply and divide have the same hierarchy so we start from the left

$\frac{69}{240} \div \frac{2}{3}$

$\frac{69}{240} \times \frac{3}{2}$

$\frac{69}{80} \times \frac{1}{2}$

$\frac{69}{160}$
