Remove the common term, $w$, from within the parentheses:
$4 \left(5 {w}^{2} - 2 w\right) = 4 w \left(5 w - 2\right)$

or, multiply the terms inside the parentheses by the $4$ from outside
$4 \left(5 {w}^{2} - 2 w\right) = 20 {w}^{2} - 8 w$

It really depends upon what you consider a better "simplification"

The answer is $4 w \left(5 w - 2\right)$

You just have to collect $w$

$4 \left(5 {w}^{2} - 2 w\right) = 4 \left(5 w \cdot w - 2 \cdot w\right) = 4 w \left(5 w - 2\right)$ and you're done.
