Here,

First you can open the bracket and multiply the power of n with 3 both in the numerator and denominator.

= ${\left(\frac{4 n}{2 {n}^{2}}\right)}^{3}$

= $\left(\frac{{4}^{3} {n}^{3}}{{2}^{3} {n}^{6}}\right)$

Now you can cancel the three n and 8 as it is present in both numerator and denominator.

= $\left(\frac{64 \cdot n \cdot n \cdot n}{8 \cdot n \cdot n \cdot n \cdot n \cdot n \cdot n}\right)$

= $\frac{8}{n} ^ 3$
