It cannot be simplified any further.

Explanation:

In order to simplify we would need multiples of square roots of the same number. We do not have that and we cannot get it.

We could factor a #2 from each term and write

#4sqrt2-2sqrt7 = 2(2sqrt2-sqrt7)#

But factoring is not generally called simplifying.
