$f \left(x\right) = {x}^{2} + 7 x + \frac{49}{4} - \frac{49}{4} - 52 = 0$
$f \left(x\right) = {\left(x + \frac{7}{2}\right)}^{2} - \frac{257}{4}$

${\left(x + \frac{7}{2}\right)}^{2} = \frac{257}{4}$

$\left(x + \frac{7}{2}\right) = \pm \frac{16.03}{2}$

x = -7/2 + 8.02

x = -7/2 - 8.02
