y - 13 > - 5x + 2 > - 28
Add 13 to the inequalities:
y > - 5x + 15 > 15.
Graph the line (1):
y = - 5x + 15 by the axis intercepts
y = 0 --> x = 3
x = 0 --> y = 15.
Graph the line (2): y = 15
The solution set is the area above these 2 lines (1) and (2).
