How do you write 7+\frac{3}{5} x=y in slope intercept form?

Slope-Intercept Form

$y = m x + b$,

where $m$ is the slope and $b$ is the $y$-intercept

$7 + \frac{3}{5} x = y$

by switching the left-hand side and the right-hand side,

$y = 7 + \frac{3}{5} x$

by rearranging the terms on the right-hand side

$y = \frac{3}{5} x + 7$

which is in slope-intercept form.

I hope that this was helpful.
