steam locomotive is actually two parts.
Explanation:
One The boiler where coal burns and stream is produced.
Two the steam engine which use the power form steam to drive the train. The boiler is a fire tube boiler. Coal burns with natural draft..You have to ignite coal first with some wood or kerosene etc. carbon burns with oxygen produce carbon di oxide and heat energy.
