Maybe you're asking the relation between solubility and concentration.
Solubility is the maximum concentration of a solute that can be dissolved into a solution.
So you are free to make the concentration as low as you want, but you can't make a solution as concentrated as you want. There is a limt to concentration, that is called solubility .
Concentration and solubility can be expressed in the same unities, as grams per liter, or moles per liter, or grams per kilogram and so on.
