Stress usually lowers body's temperature.

Explanation:

The reason for this is that when a person is in some kind of stress then the blood vessels in body contract due to which the flow of blood in the vessels slows down. So the blood pressure of a person has fallen down. Consequently, a person feels cold or chill.
