# How is the word "paradox" used in a sentence?

Mar 25, 2018

A paradox is a literary element which is used to state obviously untrue, contradictory or absurd statements but in fact is or may be true.
Some of the examples are:
$\Rightarrow$ The man who wrote a stupid sentence cannot write at all,
$\Rightarrow$ Nobody goes to that park, it's too crowded,
$\Rightarrow$ Don't go near the water until you've learned to swim,
$\Rightarrow$ If you get this message, call me; if you don't,then don't
$\Rightarrow$If a person always says about himself that he always lies, is that a lie or a truth?
