#2.3# years.

Explanation:

Considering that we do not have a rocket to go at such a distance it is difficult to say.
We can give an estimation based on the Moon mission.
The Moon is 385000 km from Earth (in average). The average distance of Venus is 108000000 km from Earth.

So the ratio is #108000000/385000 \approx 280#.

The rocket used to go to the Moon, the Saturn V, took 3 days. Then, a similar rocket, would take #3*280=840# days or #2.3# years.

Of course a mission on Venus would probably be done with a better technology and fastest rocket, so this is just a guess.
