How many Earth like planets are there in the universe with existence of air water and life?

Present technology does not allow us to detect water, air in exoplanets. THey are far away and we find them by indirect methods not direct viewing.
Explanation:
We can only say some planets are in the Goldilocks zone where temperature condition permit liquid water..
