A 60W incandescent bulb emits light at a rate of about 750 lumens.

Explanation:

Electrons are not emitted by a light bulb. Electrons pass through the filament of the bulb and on the other side of the filament they go back into the wires.

Photons are emitted by light bulbs. The brightness of the light is measured in lumens. How many photons is determined by the efficiency of the bulb. LED bulbs emit more lumens per Watt consumed by a factor of 6 or 7 compared to incandescent bulbs.

I hope this helps,
