Not much I guess.

The equation of momentum is basically #p=mv# where #p# is the momentum of the object, #m# is the given mass of the object and #v# is the velocity of the object.

So in the above question, #v=4ms^-1#, #m=2kg#, so that means momentum is #p=mv=2*4=8kgms^-1#

That's about the momentum of a ball being thrown smoothly to the bowlers pitch I presume.
