My first step will be to convert to degrees - only because my calculator is in that mode.
$\frac{\pi}{12} \cdot \left({180}^{\circ} / \pi\right) = {15}^{\circ}$

The component of the weight of the 15 kg weight that points down the incline is $15 k g \cdot 9.8 \frac{m}{s} ^ 2 \cdot \sin 15 = 38 N$.

Therefore a force of 38 N pointed up the incline will be required to push this weight up the incline. The work of pushing it for 5 m will be
$\text{work} = 38 N \cdot 5 m = 190 N \cdot m = 190 J$
