Possibility 1
Assuming your equation is
#y = x^2 + 14 +1#
then
#y = x^2+15#

The y-intercept is the value of #y# when #x=0#
So the y-intercept in this case would be #15#

Possibility 2 (you meant #14x#)
#y=x^2+14x+1#

Again, the y-intercept is the value of #y# when #x=0#
So, in this case, the y-intercept is #1#
