Standard equation of the line:
y = ax + b. Find a and b.
Line passing at point (0,1) gives the equation:
1 = b -> b = 1
Line passing at point (2, -3) gives:
-3 = 2a + b = 2a + 1 -> a = -2.
The standard equation is : y = -2x + 1.
To find y-intercept, make x = 0, -> y = 1.
