# How to get two inequality lines to shade properly?

## In trying to get two inequalities to graph properly, I end up bounding a shape rather than having the graph shade properly (I know I'm not describing this well, so here's a recent example of what I was working with: https://socratic.org/questions/how-do-you-graph-the-system-of-linear-inequalities-x-y-7-and-2x-y-8?answerSuccess=1). When I put (y-2x-8)(y-x+7) <0, I end up bounding the shape between the two lines rather than having the shading head off towards $+ \infty$ on the $x$ axis.
