Rewrite the equation in exponential form.

Explanation:

#y=log_bx# if and only if #b^y=x#

The base is blurry on my screen. It looks like either a 3 or a 5.

If it's a #3#
#2=log_3x# if and only if #3^2=x#, so #x=9#

If it's a #5#
#2=log_5x# if and only if #5^2=x#, so #x=25#
