Explanation:

Well you know that is an #"ethanal"# attached to what looks like an aromatic which is #"Benzene"# (-phenyl ending)

And since an aldehyde has a higher priority than the phenyl group:

2-phenylethanal
or
2-phenylacetaldehyde

I prefer the first
