I have a problem that says give the equation of the circle that is tangent to the y-axis and center is (-3,2) how do I do this?

Given that the coordinates of center of the circle #(-3,2)#. The distance of its center from y-axis will be 3 unit. Also it is given that y-axis I'd the tangent to the circle. Hence length of its radius will be 3 unit.

So the equation of the circle will be

#(x+3)^2+(y-2)^2=3^2#
