I am not sure about my interpretation of the question. I got $19$ for the sum of the three dimensions (the length of the triangle?) and respectively $8$ and $7$ for the two missing dimensions.

Using trigonometry you get that:
4=c*sin(30°)=c*1/2
so: $c = 8$
and:
b=c*cos(30°)=8*sqrt(3)/2=7 (it should be $6.93$ but I rounded a bit!)
so that $x = 4 + b + c = 19$
