Explanation:

As the air in the bus travels with the bus (and everything else in it), the coin will come straight down. The bus is a closed compartment, just like a plane. If you would jump straight up, you luckily wouldn't be crushed by the tail section of the plane. It would be a different story if you were to sit in a car with open roof and toss a coin.
