That's my impression. Of the choices, the poem does not invoke wind in any way as chaos or disorder, nor a specific relationship to the sun. Life is already there, ripe and ready for harvest. That eliminates A. and B.

Change is indicated, but not with respect to the author's life in any way (D.). Thus, C. is the most fitting as the poem describes wind as the force that can overcome the oppressiveness of the heat in general.

One must be careful always in asserting too much about the impressions of ART! It meant something specific to the artist, but that is not even always conveyed to the observers. Each person interprets art from their own perspectives and interests. That is part of what makes art such an interesting form of expression.

BUT, we must take care then to not assume that there is only ONE "correct" interpretation of an artistic effort! It is what it is for US - and that may be revealing as well.
