Electrostatic is not a force.

Explanation:

Electrostatic refers to highly ionized regions. For example, when you see lightning it is the release of an electrostatic charge that had been accumulating in the clouds.

Electromagnetism is the magnetic field which surrounds the earth and is cause by the motion of the earth's iron-nickel core. Electromagnetism also occurs on the surface of the sun.
