Well, francium metal is a pretty fierce reductant....

So to isolate francium as a pure metal, you would have to go to France, dig up a bucket of ore, and subject this to EXTREME electrochemical reduction.... And this would not be a straightforward proposition....especially as the pure metal would likely be a room temperature liquid.
