To make a rectangular windowpane #ABCD# of length #AB=68cm# and width #BC=51cm# two identical right triangular shaped glass pane of different colored are required as shown in above figure.

So the hypotenuse side of triangular glass pane will be

#AC=sqrt(AB^2+BC^2)=sqrt(68^2+51^2)=85cm#

So perimeter of each triangular pane will be

#=AB+BC+CA=#68+51+85=204cm#
