Explanation:

For vector addition, you simply ad corresponding components separately.
And vector subtraction is defined as #A-B=A+(-B)#, where #-B# may be defined as scalar multiplication of every component with #-1#.

So in this case then

#-A+B-C=(-1-2-3,0+5-1,3+1-1)#

#=(-6,4,3)#
