#lim_(x->oo)(3x-2)/(2x+1)=3/2#

You can think that when #x# becomes VERY big (say #1,000,000#) you are basically left with #(3,000,000-2)/(2,000,000+1)~=3/2#

to check your result you can evaluate it as:

#lim_(x->oo)(3x-2)/(2x+1)=lim_(x->oo)(x(3-2/x))/(x(2+1/x))=3/2#
