Let,the width of the rectangle be `x cm`, so from the given information,its length will be `(x+4) cm`

So,perimeter = `2(x+x+4) =20`

so, `2x+4 =10`

or, `2x=6`

or, `x=3 cm`

So,its width is `3cm` and length is `3+4=7 cm`
