Sodium chloride is formed by ionic bond. By losing and gaining they get octet. Now my question is, How do many NaCl stay together to form a lattice. What hold them together?

By reason of the electrostatic bond between cation, and anion....

Explanation:

Of course, cation REPEL other cations...and so do anions with other anions, but a NET attractive force operates in the lattice binding the ions together. Anyway, see this older answer
