128 or (119 if the mean is given to the nearest whole number)

Explanation:

If the mean average for 9 games is exactly 108 then the total for the 9 games is 9x108= 972

If her average after 10 games is exactly 110 the total is 1100

Therefore the score for the 10th game was 128

However if the average is actually 107.5 which would round up to 108 then the total could have been as low as 967.5 . No it had to be a whole number so the total could have been as low as 968.
The average could have been 108.5 which gives a total 976.5 . No a whole number so 976.

The lowest mean average that would round to 110 is 109.5 which gives a total of 10 X 109.5 =1095
