Walls of heart are made up of myocardium, the striated but involuntary cardiac muscle tissue.

Explanation:

Cardiac muscle tissue is made up of ribbon shaped uninuclear cells. There are cytoplasmic connections between adjacent cells at areas called intercalated discs. Hence cardiac muscle cells form functional syncytium.
