There are 3 requirements for this sequence (from low to high).

Explanation:

(1) For the mean to be 6 they have to add up to 24.
(2) For the mode to be 4, at least two of them should be 4.
(3) For the median to be 5, number two and three in the sequence should average to 5.

(3) Demands that number three is higher than 5, so the two 4's must be number one and two, and number three must be 6.

4+4+6=14, so number four must be 10, to add up to 24 (1)
